Attends Healthcare Products Wins Patriot Award
On May 5, 2011 Attends Healthcare was honored by The National Committee for Employer Support of the National Guard and Reserve (ESGR). The company was selected as the award recipient based on its significant commitment to support employee participation in our National Guard and Reserve forces.
Attends Healthcare Products was nominated by John Tyson, an employee that serves in the National Guard and who had recently returned from a 16 month deployment in Afghanistan. During his deployment, John nominated the company, his manager, Mrs. Starla Thompson and Mr. Tracy Everette, Human Resource Generalist as award recipients for their time, dedication and support during his deployment.
Mr. Ken Oppenheim, Area Chair of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Committee presented the Patriot Award to Mrs. Thompson, Mr. Everette and the company in a brief ceremony at the company’s Greenville, NC headquarters.
